Other Details to Note
Lions Bridge Cottage is an original 1960s standalone cottage tucked behind the main home, about 100 feet down a private, landscaped walkway. The main home is occupied by a long-term tenant, while the cottage is completely detached with no shared walls, entrances or outdoor spaces. The well-lit walkway creates a peaceful sense of arrival and plenty of separation between the two homes. Please note that the cottage is not ADA accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The private walkway is uncovered and may be slippery when wet. As an original 1960s cottage with a later addition, there are a few interior level changes, including a small threshold between the living room and bedroom, two steps up to the bathroom, and one step down into the walk-in shower. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
