Lions Bridge Cottage is tucked behind the main home, which is rented out to a long term tenant, approximately 100 feet down a private, landscaped walkway. The path is well-lit and clearly marked, offering both a peaceful sense of arrival and enhanced privacy. The cottage is fully detached with no shared walls or entrances, giving you the comfort of a completely private stay. Please note: The space is not ADA accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The private walkway to the cottage is uncovered and may be slippery when wet. This is a 1960s home with a later addition, so there are a few interior level changes, including a small threshold between the living room and bedroom, two steps up into the bathroom, and a step down into the walk-in shower. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
